Background: Dr. Greene-Chandos earned her BA from the University of Arizona, graduating cum laude in 1992. She then completed medical school at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine in 1997. In 2001, she completed a Neurology Residency at Washington University’s Barnes- Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Following residency, she did a Neurocritical Care Fellowship at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Since fellowship she has worked as a Director of Stroke and Neurocritical Care in Maryland and North Carolina. She served as Section Chief of Neurology and Neurointensivist at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC until joining The Ohio State University to create the Neuroscience Critical Care Unit and Program.

Clinical Interests: Care of critically ill Neurosurgical and Neurological patients of any diagnosis. NCCU management of Subarachnoid Hemorrhage. Diagnosis and management of CNS Vasculitis. Stroke in Women.
Research Interests: Cardiac dysfunction in SAH. CNS Vasculitis. Dr. Greene-Chandos participates in numerous clinical trials as both a principal investigator and co-investigator.
